By accessing and using NC PDF Tools (the "Service"), operated by Nepali Consultancy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2 Description of Service

NC PDF Tools provides a suite of client-side tools for processing and manipulating Portable Document Format (PDF) files. All operations performed by the Service are executed locally within your web browser. No files or data are uploaded to or stored on our servers. This service is designed to help students and education consultancies manage documents for study abroad applications.

3 User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process with our Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Processing any material that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others
• Processing any material that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise illegal
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise disrupt the functionality of the Service

4 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results obtained from using the tools will be accurate, complete, or reliable. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

Specifically, we do not guarantee that file conversions, compressions, or modifications will be perfect. Data loss or corruption, while unlikely, is a possibility. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your original files.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NC PDF Tools, Nepali Consultancy, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of your use of this free service shall not exceed the amount of zero dollars ($0.00).

6 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
